We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform various machining operationsRead and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirementsMonitor machine operations to ensure proper functioningInspect finished components for accuracy and qualityMake adjustments to machine settings as neededMaintain a clean and organised work area RequirementsProficiency in operating CNC lathe machinesKnowledge of CAD software for reading engineering drawingsAbility to use hand tools effectivelyMechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issuesExperience with materials handling and toolingExperience in programming Doosan 220LSY, 220, 2100L with bar feeders or other similar multi axes machines advantageous.
