HR Officer
Are you a proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships, providing trusted advice, and making a meaningful impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team in a hands-on generalist role supporting the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the GEDU HR Manager, you will provide HR advice and guidance across four UK legal entities and multiple sites, while partnering with senior managers across a diverse portfolio of brands, including one with an international presence in nine countries. You will also work closely with GBS UK on UK-wide people matters and initiatives. Department: Human Resources Location: London (On-Site) Please note: There is a requirement to be in the office 5 days per week. About the Role: Direct managers and employees to appropriate guidance channels and act as a point of escalation for key HR matters or issues that arise The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently, including (but not limited to), salaried and casual employees, ensuring all payroll deadlines are met Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to direct and support onboarding of new candidates Responsible for delivering HR support on employee lifecycle processes relating to probation, contract changes, DBS, sickness, extended family leave, holidays, resignations and retirement by liaising with managers, producing correspondence and updating HR systems to all staff across the relevant employee cohort whilst working as ..... full job details .....
