Training and Admin Assistant
Grafton Banks Finance are seeking a dedicated Training Assistant to support course coordination, bookings, and customer enquiries in Wimbledon. The client we are supporting are a growing and exciting business, who are in office on a hybrid basis. They are open to someone either full or part time for this role.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate training sessions with tutors and delegates Manage bookings via email, phone, and CRM systems Upload courses and updates to websites and platforms Assist with webinar content and materials Handle enquiries, promote courses, and support delivery Manage invoicing, receipts, and basic financial reporting Support project work and wider team activitiesIdeal Candidate:Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
