Reception and Administrator
Administrator / Receptionist Edinburgh Based Permanent role Full time hours Monday to Friday Salary up to 25,700 per annum + Benefits (depending on experience) Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established professional services firm to recruit this role on a permanent basis. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a busy office environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class front-of-house experience. Duties involved in this role will include: Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing all inbound calls and enquiriesHandling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail scanning, distribution, franking and client communications via post and emailDiary management for meeting rooms and maintenance of visitor recordsData entry and record-keeping using internal practice management systems, including client information and fee invoicingGeneral office administration and facilities support, including stationery, kitchen supplies and liaison with external suppliersHealth and safety responsibilities including Fire Marshal duties In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: Previous experience in a professional office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsA genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If this is the
