Head of Philanthropy Permanent £70,750 Hybrid working, remote and in-person working 4 days a month in the London Bridge office Closing: Tuesday 17th November 2026 The Head of Philanthropy will set the overall strategy for philanthropy with a £100m campaign, including how major and principal gifts will be secured, working closely with the Chair and Appeal board members. You will lead the strategic direction and overall performance of the Philanthropy team, ensuring the team delivers ambitious long-term income growth and will personally play a role in securing some of the biggest and most strategic gifts. The best person for this position will have significant experience in major gift fundraising with a strong track record of securing six figures and above, ideally within large-scale campaigns.
