Are you an experienced adult social care leader who combines strong CQC regulatory knowledge with the commercial ability to develop services, build commissioner relationships and secure new business? This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within an ambitious social-impact group, overseeing the development of a domiciliary care service alongside a four-bedroom property intended for Supported Living. We are looking for someone who can do more than maintain an existing service. You will take responsibility for CQC registration and regulatory compliance, establish high-quality operational systems, build relationships with commissioners and develop a sustainable pipeline of new care packages. You will also play a key role in identifying tender and framework opportunities, preparing submissions and helping the organisation establish itself as a credible provider within the local adult social care market.
