Job Description Head of Projects Location: Midlands / North West Hybrid Working Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package Sector: Facilities Management / Building Services Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Company: Leading FM Service Provider About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Projects to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, overseeing the delivery of projects across a portfolio of commercial and operational sites throughout the Midlands and North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing financial performance and ensuring the successful delivery of MandE, building services, lifecycle and refurbishment projects. This is a senior leadership position offering hybrid working, with travel to client sites and regional offices as required. Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of multiple MandE, building services, lifecycle and refurbishment projects across a regional portfolio. Lead, manage and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and operational performance. Take full responsibility for project budgets, PandL performance, forecasting, commercial reporting and profitability. Manage projects from initial tender and pre-construction stages through to completion, handover and final account.
