HR Administrator Location: PeterboroughSalary: £30,000 per annumHours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am 5:15pm; Friday, 9:00am 4:00pmContract: Initial three-month temporary contract, with the possibility of an extension or permanent opportunityWorking arrangement: Office-based during onboarding, then three days in the office and two days working from home once settled into the roleWe re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join a small, growing HR department at a well-established business in Peterborough. You ll be the first point of contact for HR administration, supporting the HR Officer and HR Business Partner with the day-to-day running of the department.This role would suit someone with a strong can-do attitude who is organised, approachable and happy to pitch in where needed.The role Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Officer and HR Business Partner Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, directing more complex matters to the appropriate person Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems Support recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and preparing new starter paperwork Assist with onboarding, inductions and leaver processes Prepare letters, contracts and other HR documents Record absence, holidays and changes to employee details Provide accurate information to payroll Keep training records and compliance documents up to date Help keep HR processes and paperwork organised as the department grows What ..... full job details .....
