Description Own the preparation, review and submission of prudential regulatory returns. Maintain and enhance the regulatory reporting control framework. Monitor regulatory developments and implement reporting changes, including Basel 3.1 requirements. Lead the development of reporting systems and reduce reliance on manual processes. Partner with Treasury, Risk and Finance teams to support capital planning and balance sheet management. Provide insight and analysis on capital, RWAs and other key prudential metrics. Support new products, transactions and strategic initiatives from a regulatory reporting perspective. Act as a key contact for regulators, auditors and senior stakeholders.
