HR and Recruitment Associate
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Team of an established and successful business in the leisure and hospitality space.Based in South West London, with locations across London, you will lead the HR and Recruitment work from an Operations perspective, reporting into the Head of People. For the right candidate we will also consider study support (CIPD) should professional development be of interest. Responsibilities include:General compliance - e.g. Preparing offer letters, contracts and identificationReading and sifting through applicationsVetting candidatesTelephone interviewing candidates Booking interviewsLiaising with hiring managersUtilising LinkedIn to source applicantsStarter packs and Inductions for new employeesMaintenance and reporting (including new starter entry, termination, etc.)Administration (filing, printing, scanning documents)Overseeing RotasAssisting with PayrollLearning and development; legislation compliance, additional training for staffSupporting People Team with all elements in the day to day running of the businessAttributes:Recruitment / HR experience would be highly advantageousAdvanced IT skills and experienced in all Microsoft productsA fast learner, who enjoys taking on new responsibilitiesFantastic telephone manner, confident and engagingConfident in taking interviewsHighly organised, dependable and professionalAbility to cope well in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Market leading salaryClear progression opportunities30 days Annual Lea
