Your new roleAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate, compliant and commercially viable tenders from inception through to contract award. Working closely with operational, commercial and project delivery teams, you will identify risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions that align with both client requirements and environmental considerations. Key responsibilities will include: Producing detailed estimates, budgets and tender submissions for projects Preparing accurate quantity take-offs and maintaining current market rates Assessing project risks, cash flow forecasts and commercial viability Developing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective bid solutions Managing tender queries and supporting negotiations throughout the bid process Undertaking site visits to identify risks, ..... full job details .....
