Role: Customer Service Coordinator Location: BedfordHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a weekSalary: £27,000 per annumFully office based positionImmediate Start Date AvailableAn excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established client based in Bedford.Duties of a Customer Service Coordinator: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a professional and responsive service.Provide administrative support across Sales and Service, including processing orders, preparing quotations, following up leads, and coordinating customer requests.Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits and service appointments, liaising with customers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery.Maintain accurate customer records, CRM systems, service documentation, and client portals.Support invoicing, payment processing, service call administration, and the timely resolution of customer queries.Build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities for additional business, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
