Customer Contact AdvisorFull-time Monday to Friday9:00am-5:30pm 13.00 per hour About the roleOur client is seeking a proactive Customer Contact Adviser to manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts and driver routes for the division. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, retaining and developing accounts, and working closely with our drivers and operations team to ensure smooth, accurate deliveries. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with allocated customer accountsMake outbound and inbound calls to customers, processing orders, exchanges and sanitisationAccurately input and update all orders on system and ensure they are allocated to the correct delivery routesCarry out daily route calls to customers, amending deliveries as requiredTake ownership of customer queries, resolving them within agreed timescalesWork closely with drivers to maintain accurate route and customer dataComplete all administration tasks accurately and on time in line with proceduresCollaborate with colleagues across the business to maintain excellent working relationshipsEnsure adherence to all Health and Safety requirementsUndertake any additional reasonable tasks as required by the company About YouAble to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamStrong sense of ownership for customer queries and accountsExcellent telephone manner and communication skillsStrong planning and organising skillsHigh attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
