Family Solicitor Location: Hammersmith, London Salary: £60,000 Job Type: Permanent About the Role An established, multi-service law firm is seeking an all-round Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to develop their career within a supportive and expanding family law department. Areas of Experience The successful candidate will have experience in a range of family and childcare matters, including: Care proceedings Private law children matters Domestic abuse, non-molestation and occupation orders Divorce and financial matters Unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes General family law matters Candidate Requirements Ideally 3+ years'' PQE Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidence and willingness to undertake own advocacy. Understanding of legal aid and experience handling privately funded matters. Ability to generate work and develop new business. Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditation. Strong networking, communication and client care skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
