This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into a supervisory role within a supportive and well-respected firm.The Opportunity Our client has an established reputation and a loyal client base, offering a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:Divorce, separation and financial remedy matters.Private children law.Cohabitation agreements and TOLATA.Domestic violence injunctions.Pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You will manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 matters, including work for high-net-worth clients, while having the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and support junior colleagues. What Our Client Is Looking ForA minimum of 4 years'' PQE in private family law.Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage complex matters independently.Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.A proactive approach to networking and business development.Ambition to progress towards a supervisory or leadership position.
