FAMILY SOLICITOR 2 PQE LONDONOur client is hiring an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor 2 PQE to join their Family Department in Greenwich.This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident family law professional who can independently manage a varied caseload and deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.The RoleYou will handle a broad range of private family law matters, including: Divorce and financial remedy proceedings. Private children matters and Child Arrangements Orders. Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders. Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements. Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Negotiations, mediation and settlement discussions. Court applications, hearing preparation and advocacy where appropriate. About You Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales or suitably qualified CILEX Fellow. Current, unrestricted practising certificate. Strong experience managing your own family law caseload. Confident handling divorce, financial remedy, private children and domestic abuse matters. Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills. Commercially aware, organised and client-focused. A proactive approach to business development and building professional relationships.
