Key Responsibilities Triage and resolve complex M365 Copilot incidents and multi-user issues Perform root cause analysis across M365 Admin Centre, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, GPOs, and monitoring tools Support policy changes, configuration updates, and mass deployments Contribute to observability and monitoring using enterprise tooling Share Copilot knowledge and best practices with wider M365 teams Required Skills andamp; Experience Experience supporting Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions Experience working in regulated environments with audit-ready documentation Microsoft Teams Voice (mandatory)
