A leading banking firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to provide executive support to 4 Managing Directors.
The role:
- Provide proactive diary and meeting management to MD
- Liaise with senior executives across the company, coordinate with global colleagues, and host departmental meetings/events.
- Manage high-level, confidential information and respond to sensitive queries.
- Arrange complex travel, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute meeting papers, reports, and presentations for executive committees and regulatory meetings.
- Oversee expense claims, travel, and leave for senior leaders.
- Draft professional communications and facilitate internal information flow.
- Organise departmental meetings and support on boarding of senior hires.
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Proven Team Assistant experience (3+ years), supporting multiple Managing Directors and/or C-suite executives
- Strong background in fast-paced corporate environments, ideally within Financial Services
- Demonstrated ability to interact confidently and effectively with senior leadership
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
