In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support, handling enquiries, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently or escalated appropriately. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Provide accurate information and advice based on customer needs Log, track, and update customer interactions on internal systems Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate where necessary Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times Work collaboratively with team members and other departments Follow organisational processes, data protection requirements, and service guidelines Support the Contact Centre with additional duties as required Requirements Previous experience in a Contact Centre, Customer Service, or call-handling role Strong communication and active-listening skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressu
