The Role As HR Administrator, you''ll provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. Key responsibilities will include: - Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation - Managing new starter, probation, and leaver administration - Maintaining employee records and HR documentation - Tracking probation reviews, employee milestones, and HR case logs - Sending reminders for reviews, meetings, and key HR deadlines - Supporting the migration of employee data into a new HRIS platform - Collating payroll data
