Part-Time HR Advisor
We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company in north Birmingham that is recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours and days and offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 FTE. Please note there is no hybrid working offered for this role so you would need to comfortable commuting to site.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Actively supporting recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and assisting throughout the hiring cycleOverseeing employee performance and manage exits from the organisation where requiredLeading on employee onboarding and orientation activitiesMaintaining and monitoring employee records (attendance, HR data, compliance) in line with policy and legislationReviewing employment practices and working conditions to ensure full legal complianceSupporting HR initiatives, performance management, and disciplinary or grievance processes, including dismissals where necessaryExperience required:CIPD Level 3 (or above) or currently working towards itStrong HR generalist knowledge, including employment law, employee relations, recruitment, pay/benefits and trainingProven experience managing ER cases end-to-end, including dismissalsConfident handling disciplinary and grievance proceduresExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsHigh accuracy, strong attention to detail and reliable
