You will keep day-to-day finance administration organised within the FMCG industry, helping the Accounting & Finance / Logistics department maintain accurate records.

Description

• Maintain accurate finance records to support reliable day-to-day administration.
• Support the accurate creation of purchase orders from packing lists.
  
• Make adjustments to packing lists where required for specific customer information (e.g. delivery destination changes, prices etc).
• Maintain the accuracy of arrival and delivery dates to customers in the system.
• Maintain the purchase and sales charges in Prophet.
• Ensure Quality Control reports have been received for all deliveries.
• Record Quality Control arrival scores into the system.
• Save Quality Control reports when received into a centralised folder
• Inform the Technical Manager of any missing reports.
• Update Prophet sales orders with customer references once confirmed.
• Chase customers to confirm return prices and finalised purchase orders for overdue references.
• Save self bill invoices when received into a centralised folder.
• Update sales orders with amended sales prices based on confirmation and self bills.
• Check and raise queries on invoices received where different from the budgets in Prophet.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all systems used.
• Communicate effectively across logistics, technical and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Existing experience with Prophet or a similar MRP system desirable.

Job Offer

• Permanent Opportunity - Will be largely remote
• Salary of -27,000 to -30,000 dependent on the level of experience.
