Relationship Manager, Theatre (LL75-1) Contract: Permanent, working 21 hours per week Monday to Wednesday (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility) Salary: £41,211 (pro rata) per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. Location: London (The role will be based in London; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) Introduction and role description: The Relationship Manager role involves working with a range of theatre organisations and makers in London. You will be responsible for giving funding advice, assessing grant applications, understanding project information and monitoring performance. This includes assessing financial information, identifying risk and providing feedback on artistic plans. As a Theatre Relationship Manager, you will be expected to engage with a wide range of areas including touring; place-based development; and sustainability. You will have a keen interest in creativity and performing arts, particularly theatre, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
