RC Frame Site Manager Bermondsey Temporary to Permanent Immediate Start Salter Grange is working with an established main contractor on a new residential development in Bermondsey. They need an experienced RC Frame Site Manager to start straight away and lead the groundworks and frame phases. The role starts as a temporary contract, with a genuine opportunity to go permanent for the right person. The Role Manage groundworks and RC frame subcontractors day to day, keeping works on programme and to the required quality Oversee the sequence from substructure through to frame completion, flagging risks early Coordinate pour sequencing, reinforcement checks and temporary works with engineers and the project team Lead on health and safety, including RAMS reviews, inductions and site inspections Keep accurate site records and report progress to the Project Manager About You Proven Site Manager experience on groundworks and RC frame packages, ideally multi-storey residential A background working for a main contractor on residential projects Strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement and temporary works SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid at Work Interested?
