We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong reinforced concrete (RC) frame background to join an established contractor/developer on a long-term freelance basis. The successful candidate will oversee RC frame construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day RC frame operations, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours. Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources to maintain programme targets. Oversee structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitor health and safety, RAMS, temporary works and site inspections. Liaise with engineers, project managers and commercial teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Ensure works are completed efficiently and to programme. Requirements Proven Site Manager experience specialising in RC frame construction. Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems and concrete operations. Experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial RC frame projects. Excellent subcontractor management, coordination and leadership skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
