RC Frame and Fa ade Manager - South East LondonSalary: Up to 70,000 + Package We are currently recruiting for an experienced RC Frame and Fa ade Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a major development in South East London. The scheme consists of approximately 700 residential units across 3 blocks, reaching up to 17 storeys, with construction running through to 2029. With the site team expanding in the New Year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with a reputable developer. Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the delivery of RC frame and fa ade packages.Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme.Monitoring quality, health and safety and progress on site.Coordinating trades and resolving technical or construction issues.Working closely with the wider site management team to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:Previous experience managing RC frame and fa ade packages on large-scale residential developments.Strong understanding of high-rise residential construction.Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor.Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills.Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.What''s on Offer:Salary up to 70,000 + package.Long-term project running through to 2029.Opportunity to join an expanding site team.Established developer with a strong pipeline of work.For further information, please apply with an up-to-date CV or ..... full job details .....
