THE ROLE The Customer Service Advisor role is an office-based position, based in comfortable and professional modern offices, and takes responsibility for: Effectively supporting the day-to-day operations of the company s customer interaction, orders and supply chain. Maintaining clear administrative records of customer activity (internal CRM and Excel) for reporting and compliance. When necessary, actively supporting customers to resolve new order queries, progress existing projects or deal with delivery challenges. Working closely with colleagues in operations, logistics and sales to ensure an excellent customer experience.
