THOMAS Professional are excited to be working in partnership with Laithwaines Wine, a leading name in the wine industry, to recruit enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their call centre team on a temporary basis until the end of December 2026. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers primarily over the phone, as well as via email and live chat, helping with a variety of enquiries and delivering an excellent customer experience. Pay and Hours Pay: £12.71 per hour + potential bonus, subject to eligibility and applicable criteria Typically Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, however weekly hours may vary depending on business requirements.
