The successful Service Advisor will deliver excellent customer service, manage workshop bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their service experience.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and build strong relationships to understand their vehicle requirements

• Liaise with technicians and parts departments to facilitate smooth progress of jobs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
• Upsell additional services where appropriate to maximise workshop revenue
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
