You will be supporting a global customer base, so excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.We are seeking an experienced, articulate individual who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.As the first point of contact for customers from around the world, you will be working in a busy, high-volume, and supportive customer experience centre.
