We are looking for 2nd Line SD-WAN Support Engineer based in Bracknell. You''ll play a crucial role in providing technical support for SD-WAN services, ensuring smooth network operations, and troubleshooting complex issues. Salary ranges between £28K - £34K + Shift Allowance. This role requires Full time on-site and SC Clearance.You will be providing direct 2nd line technical support for my client''s SD-WAN services. Responsibilities include:- Monitor and manage network events via orchestrator tools.- Provide proactive network support and incident diagnosis.- Develop knowledge articles and share expertise within the team.- Contribute to continual service improvement and performance optimization.- Handle customer escalations, perform remote diagnostics, and implement approved changes.Skills and Experience:- Solid understanding of network protocols and concepts.- Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, LiveNX, Elastic monitoring tools).- Familiarity with MS Service Centre Support tools.- Working knowledge of Cisco technologies, including routing and IP protocols.- Experience supporting Windows and Linux platforms, including patching and maintenance.- Awareness of cybersecurity practices and security monitoring in operational environments.- Experience in WAN supportThis role requires SC Clearance, so you would need to either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible for Clearance - Sole British nationality is essential for this role due to the nature of the projects.Please apply fo
