HR Administrator - Full Time Belfast Key Details: £Negotiable salary Belfast (with occasional travel to other locations as required) 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday 6 month fixed term contract An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 12 weeks. This role is ideally suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality administrative support across a range of HR activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple sites. Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases/systems. Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates. Assist with onboarding and induction administration. Process absence, holiday and other employee records. Respond to employee queries in a professional and confidential manner. Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider HR function. Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative role. HR administration experience. Knowledge of HR systems. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
