This full-time office-based role is paying up to £26,300 (FTE) Supporting a workforce of over 800 staff across two sites in Winchester, this is a varied, hands-on administrative role where you''ll play an important part in keeping the HR function running smoothly. You don''t necessarily need previous HR experience, although this would be advantageous. We''re looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident communicating with people at all levels. You''ll need to be highly organised, comfortable juggling competing priorities and happy working with both digital systems and paper-based processes. What you''ll be doing: Managing the HR personnel inbox, responding to general queries and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member. Answering telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries, providing friendly support and signposting colleagues to the right person or policy. Recording absence information on the HR system and producing daily absence reports for senior management. Supporting recruitment and assessment days, including preparing interview packs, timetables, setting up rooms and assisting candidates.
