Our client is a leading, global Travel Management Company who are now looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead their expansion into the SME sector. Working in close partnership with the Executive Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company''s online booking system as a service across the UK SME sector. The role will play a pivotal part in strengthening the company''s market position by helping organisations modernise and streamline their business travel through innovative technology solutions. They will be accountable for delivering ambitious revenue targets, and building a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline. Translating the organisation''s commercial objectives into clearly defined enterprise sales strategies and execution plans, the role will focus on winning new customers, increasing platform adoption, and delivering sustainable long-term growth. The role will also contribute to the wider business strategy by collaborating with commercial and product teams across the organisation, sharing best practices and supporting the development of scalable sales methodologies, customer acquisition programmes, strategic partnerships, and new market opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strong enterprise sales leadership with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer value realisation, and the technology-driven transformation of corporate travel.
