Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced digital professional for a senior leadership opportunity with a well-established business operating in the travel and leisure sector.

Make Your Mark in Digital

As Head of Digital, you''ll take ownership of the digital roadmap for a recognised travel and tourism brand, driving online growth, improving customer journeys and maximising commercial performance across websites, mobile apps and digital marketing channels.

This is a strategic leadership role combining team development, data-led decision-making and digital innovation. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve conversion and deliver engaging, personalised customer experiences.

Experience within travel, leisure or hospitality would be beneficial, although candidates from B2C insurance, banking or membership organisations are also encouraged to apply.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Shaping and delivering the digital strategy to support business growth.
• Managing and developing a small digital team.
• Overseeing websites, mobile apps, CRM systems and digital analytics.
• Improving customer journeys and conversion rates through UX, A/B testing and ongoing optimisation.
• Using analytics and customer insights to inform decisions and measure ROI.
• Overseeing SEO, PPC, CRO, content, social media and email marketing activity.
• Managing digital budgets, agency relationships and technology partnerships.
• Exploring AI and personalisation to enhance customer experiences and commercial performance.
• Ensuring digital activity meets GDPR, PECR and relevant regulatory requirements.

Your Experience

We''re looking for a confident Head of Digital with a strong background in B2C digital strategy and transformation. You''ll ideally bring:

• Experience leading digital teams and delivering successful digital strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital acquisition and performance marketing.
• Experience with GA4, SEMRush and performance reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Optimizely, EPiServer or comparable CMS platforms.
• A good understanding of UX, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
• Experience using AI and personalisation to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
