Procurement Customer Service Advisor

Location: Remote
Contract: Temporary, 3-6 months

We are recruiting for a Procurement Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis.

You will provide customer service and administrative support to the Property Procurement team, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and agents regarding new business enquiries and existing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
• Liaise with landlords, agents and internal teams to provide property updates.
• Arrange property visits and support new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service and administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using telephone systems, email and Excel.
• Ability to manage queries, solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.

Property or procurement experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a fully Remote role and the hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
