Working pattern: Full-time, with hybrid working available once fully trained

About the role

looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join its team. This role you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with a variety of customer queries. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once fully trained and confident in the role.

Key responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer service calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Listening carefully to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
• Following company procedures and ensuring all customer interactions meet the required standards.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Be confident speaking to customers over the telephone.
• Have a friendly, patient, and professional approach.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be reliable, punctual, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Full training and ongoing support.
• Hybrid working option available once training has been successfully completed and the employee is ready to work independently.
