Job Title: Site Manager - New Build Housing Location: North West Crewe / Winterly area. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum/ £239 per day. The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a new build housing site from groundworks to final handover. You will be the lead on site, ensuring quality, safety, programme and cost control are maintained at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Site Management and Programme. Full responsibility for managing the construction site from pre-start to completion and handover.
