Site Manager - M&E Fit-Out

Duration: Ongoing / project-based
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a project in the CW7 area.

The successful candidate must have a strong background managing M&E fit-out projects, with particular experience overseeing mechanical insulation works.

Key requirements:

• Proven Site Manager experience
• Strong M&E fit-out background
• Experience managing mechanical insulation works
• Confident coordinating mechanical trades and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
• Able to manage programme, quality and progress on site
• Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
• Available to start ASAP
