Key Responsibilities Manage commercial insurance claims from initial notification through to settlement. Act as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other relevant parties. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of claims, ensuring a high level of customer service. Liaise with insurers to progress claims efficiently and resolve any issues or delays. Maintain accurate claims records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Investigate and follow up on outstanding claims, helping to achieve timely and fair settlements. Identify and escalate complex claims or potential issues where appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners. About You Previous experience in insurance claims handling, ideally within a brokerage environment. Knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes would be advantageous.
