Skills and Experience Recent experience handling UK-based insurance or legal claims, with a background in personal injury, serious injury, credit hire, complex recoveries, motor claims or defendant/claimant litigation. Strong working knowledge of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, liability assessment and claims investigation. Experience handling litigated claims, with the ability to assess evidence, identify risks and determine appropriate case strategies. Working knowledge of liability issues, including the Road Traffic Act and Article 75. Experience in serious injury and/or motorcycle claims would be advantageous, depending on the role.
