Your work will include: Handling claims involving personal injury, professional liability, public liability, management liability and historic abuse Managing claims from initial notification through to settlement or resolution Assessing liability, policy coverage and potential exposure Developing and driving effective claims strategies, including litigated matters Working closely with insurers, brokers, solicitors and external experts Building strong stakeholder relationships and managing competing priorities ..... full job details .....
