Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Customer Services Operations Lead for a Local Authority Client in North London.In this role, you will lead Customer Services, enabling staff to deliver seamless, resident-focused support across all channels while driving continuous improvement. Duties:Lead day-to-day customer service operations across all channels.Support and develop the operational workforce.Drive improvements in processes, technology, and performance.Monitor and report on service quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:Proven experience in leading customer service or operations teams.Strong knowledge of multi-channel service delivery (face-to-face, phone, digital).Experience driving process, performance, and service improvements.Skilled in managing staff, performance, and stakeholder relationships.
