About the role

Lead data reviews, error investigations, and rectification work

Deliver chargeable project tasks and client reporting

Drive process improvements and automation through change requests

Conduct root cause analysis and support risk mitigation

Mentor junior associates and act as a technical reference

Support testing, due diligence, and large member communications

Monitor project budgets and timelines

About you

Strong experience with occupational pension schemes

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Technical pension knowledge and Excel proficiency
