Senior Pensions Administrator (SIPP)Location: Manchester Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to bring your pensions expertise to a supportive, client-focused team and take on a role with variety and responsibility. This role will initially require full office attendance Monday to Friday during the first 6 months for training. There may be the potential to work to a hybrid setting sooner, depending on your progress. Your role:You will be responsible for a wide range of SIPP administration, including:Handling client queries via phone, email, and letterProcessing contributions, transfers, and scheme closuresSetting up and administering bank accounts, loans, and investmentsOverseeing property-related transactionsPreparing information for HMRC/FCA and third partiesSupporting and coaching colleagues, checking work, and ensuring high standardsSuggesting improvements to processes and assisting managers when requiredThe person:3-5 years SIPP end to end pension administration experience is essentialStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and client service focusAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMinimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/6 in Maths and EnglishOur client offers fantastic benefits and annual bonus.
