– Join a positive, agile team environment where proactive problem-solvers thriveWhat you’ll be doing:Maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001 requirementsLeading and supporting the close-out of audit findings and corrective actions, working with managers and stakeholdersDriving root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone/Ishikawa, 5 Whys) to resolve non-conformances and prevent recurrenceFacilitating risks and opportunities analysis, including mitigation planningSupporting ISO certification activities and management reviews with process ownersManaging QMS document control, ensuring compliance and timely updatesIdentifying process gaps and improvement opportunities, working with stakeholders to implement changesPromoting a “Right First Time” culture across the organisationWhat we’re looking for:Meaningful experience in a Quality role, ideally within manufacturing or a regulated environmentGood knowledge of QMS and ISO standards (ISO9001 essential)Proven track record in supporting audit close-outs and corrective actionsExperienced in documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder engagementSkilled in Root Cause Analysis tools and CAPA managementAssertive communicator with the ability to influence and support stakeholders across all levelsAgile, flexible, and proactive approach to problem-solvingDegree in Engineering, Quality or related field — open to varied industry backgroundsBackground in manufacturingExperience in supporting certification and compliance programmesHow to applyIf this sounds like the right role for you, we’d love to hear from you.
