Duties include: Monitor and support the performance and compliance of internal teams, external partners, and service staff, including evaluating interactions, providing constructive feedback, and delivering targeted training. Coach and mentor team members through one-to-one sessions and group training, ensuring actions are documented and progress is tracked. Analyse trends and patterns to proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
