This is an exciting opportunity to work across digital transformation, enterprise applications, cyber security, AI and operational improvement programmes during a significant period of business change and growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, technical teams and third-party partners, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements and ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business to understand current and future state processes. Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, process maps, user stories and functional specifications. Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate business processes. Support the delivery of digital transformation and technology change initiatives.
