This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering expertise, combined with a deep understanding of the London Market insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large-scale business and technology change initiatives, working closely with underwriting teams, operations, product owners, data specialists and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and business analysis activities across strategic transformation programmes. Collaborate with underwriting, broking and operational teams to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
