Creating a Central Process Repository, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop process maps using BPMN 2.0 notation. Conducting process discovery workshops to map current-state workflows and define optimised future-state processes. Providing insights on process gaps and improvement opportunities to aid in decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify change needs and recommend optimal solutions.
